  • PoD Co-founder and Director
  • Oversees Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam
  • Co-founded PoD after a voluntary role in Africa helping to establish a local charity there
  • Before PoD he spent several years travelling and working in Africa and Asia, including being a TEFL teacher, PADI Divemaster, and in his previous life (!) he spent six years in management consultancy

  • Volunteer manager, looking after a mix of projects in Belize, Cambodia, Nepal, Peru and Thailand
  • PoD's social media manager - so you'll see her on Facebook alot!
  • Prior to working for PoD, Becky volunteered with PoD in Nepal at a care home there

  • Volunteer manager, looking after a mix of projects in Cambodia, South Africa and Thailand
  • PoD's animal & conservation specialist
  • Prior to working for PoD, Erin volunteered in Thailand at our Wildlife Rescue project and was the in-country volunteer coordinator for our South Africa Cheetah Reintroduction project

  • Volunteer manager, looking after a mix of projects in Nepal, Tanzania and Thailand
  • PoD's charity manager so she is the guru of all things fundraising!
  • Prior to working for PoD, Gemma volunteered with PoD in Tanzania, doing community development work

  • Previously was the PoD Thailand in-country manager so ex-Koh Phangan volunteers may know her well!

  • Quite the action man before starting PoD (and still is really!) including being an Royal Engineer Officer (Commando Brigade), Expedition Leader, Outdoor Education teacher, Outdoor Pursuits Instructor
